​​After over 15 years of working in IT, operations, and network infrastructure—supporting everything from school campuses to multi-site commercial portfolios—I found myself, like many others, facing a changing job market. Despite a wealth of experience and a proven track record in building and securing complex systems, I struggled to find the right opportunity that aligned with both my skills and my values.

Rather than wait for the perfect role to come along, I decided to create it.

In 2025, I launched Helix Solutions Ltd—a business built on the foundations of experience, integrity, and a desire to make technology work better for small and medium-sized businesses. With hands-on knowledge of everything from cybersecurity and disaster recovery to VOIP, CCTV, structured cabling and cloud integration, Helix Solutions is designed to offer practical, scalable, and secure IT services that support your business, not slow it down.
